Stay Awhile Villas

Stay Awhile Villas provides luxury rentals via a connection to a 3rd party API. The site is built on Next.js, which consumes the API via React Query and TRPC. Upstash is used to cache and rate limit requests, while the application is end-to-end tested via Playwright and deployed to Vercel. Post-launch, the features added to the app yielded Stay Awhile Villas an average of $10M/year in revenue.
